If a user needs to be moved from one company to another, please follow the steps below:

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Send a new invitation:
    Send the user a new invitation and select the target company that the user should be assigned to going forward.

  2. Have the user accept the invitation:
    The user must accept the invitation. Only after acceptance will the reassignment take effect.

  3. Verify the user assignment:
    Once the invitation has been successfully accepted, the user will automatically appear under the new company in your dashboard.
