The LOCIO Dashboard allows you to download various datasets containing information about your employees' charging sessions. Using the "Export" button, you can download data from pre-selected time periods – with the option to select individual months or entire years.
Available formats
Excel (.xlsx) / CSV: Tabulated charging data for further processing within your organisation.
PDF (in zip folders): When downloading receipts, PDF files are provided as zip folders.
zip: All downloadable datasets are made available as zip files.
Customising export fields (Pro & Payment+)
With a Pro or Payment+ licence, you can customise the data fields included in the export to meet your internal requirements under "Policy Management" in the dashboard – for example, to add or remove specific columns.
