Our support is available around the clock via the LOCIO App and the Dashboard. This allows you to request help or retrieve information at any time.

The support hours and response times stated correspond to our general Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Personal Support (live)

For direct assistance, our personal support is available on working days: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

  • As a driver, please use the LOCIO app to create support tickets.

  • As a fleet manager, please use the LOCIO dashboard to create support tickets.

  • Not a LOCIO user yet? Please contact us via our website.

Callback Service

If you would like a callback, you can submit a callback request. Our callback time is are between 10:00-11:00 und 14:00-15:00 (Europe/Berlin) Monday-Friday.
