I am getting a notice that my rate has not yet been verified — what do I need to do?

Your electricity rate is usually reviewed within 48 hours. If this has not happened after an extended waiting period, please contact our support team via the Support tab in the Help menu in the app.

In the meantime, you can continue charging as normal. Your charging sessions will be reliably recorded. Once the verification is complete, the rate will be applied to your charging sessions.
