What is Payment+?
Payment+ is a service by LOCIO in cooperation with a PSP (Payment Service Provider) that automates the distribution of charging cost reimbursements to company car drivers. If your company has commissioned LOCIO with Payment+, LOCIO's PSP handles the processing and disbursement of these reimbursements.
To participate in Payment+, you must store your bank account details (IBAN) in the LOCIO app.
How does the overall billing work?
LOCIO consolidates all individual receipts from a company's drivers within a billing period (1 month) into a single overall invoice. The individual driver reimbursements are only paid out once the company has settled the overall invoice with the PSP.
Requirements for participation in automatic billing
To use Payment+, LOCIO requires the following information as part of your Payment+ registration:
Your IBAN for disbursement of reimbursements
A valid registration of your company for the Payment+ service with LOCIO as well as with the PSP
The invitation to the dashboard sent by your fleet management via email has been accepted (the link expires after 1 month and may need to be requested again if necessary).
What happens in case of late submission?
If you miss the deadline for submitting your receipt, your reimbursement will only be included in the next billing month. The fleet management sets a submission deadline in the dashboard by which the receipt must be submitted – for example, by the 10th of a month.
