What is meant by "Receipt Recipient Email Address"?

Adding a Receipt Recipient Email Address to your LOCIO profile

All users whose employer has commissioned the Light or Pro version of LOCIO will find the mandatory field "Receipt Recipient Email Address" in their profile. In this field, you can enter the email address to which the expense reimbursement receipt should be sent.

Example:

This could be the email address of your accounting department or fleet management, who should receive your expense reimbursement receipt.

Important note:

You will always receive a copy of the receipt to your own email address – regardless of who else the receipt is additionally forwarded to.
