The "Permission denied" error message when logging into the LOCIO Dashboard can have two causes:

1. You are a LOCIO user

The LOCIO Dashboard is exclusively for fleet management. As a user (cable user), please use the LOCIO App on your mobile device. This provides you with all the relevant functions for billing your charging costs.

2. You are a fleet manager but are still getting this message?

In this case, you are most likely not yet registered with us as a fleet manager. Please register via the following link to gain access to the dashboard:
