Prerequisites
This feature is available to you if your company has purchased a Pro or Payment+ license and your fleet management has activated the mileage tracking feature.
How does the mileage query work?
Your fleet management determines the interval at which your mileage is requested. The following intervals are available:
Daily
Weekly
Bi-weekly
Monthly
Bi-monthly
When do I need to enter my mileage?
Depending on the configured interval, the following deadlines apply:
Daily: You will be prompted to enter your mileage every day and have until 11:59 PM to do so.
Weekly & Bi-weekly: The due date is always Monday. The submission window opens on Friday at 11:59 PM and closes on Monday at 11:59 PM. You therefore have the entire weekend to enter your mileage.
Monthly & Bi-monthly: The query starts 2 days before the end of the month and runs until the first day of the new month at 11:59 PM.
In all cases, you have a total of 3 days to complete the request.
How to enter your mileage
Once a query is due, the following window will appear in your LOCIO app:
Enter the current mileage of your vehicle and confirm the entry.
Activate push notifications
To make sure you never miss a request, we recommend enabling push notifications in the LOCIO app. This way you will be automatically reminded whenever a new entry is required.
