As a fleet manager, you can set up a recurring mileage query for your vehicles in the LOCIO Dashboard. You can choose from the following query frequencies: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly.

Registered drivers will be prompted via the app to enter their current mileage. All recorded mileage data can be viewed and managed in the Dashboard.

The attached image shows an example view of the mileage overview for a fleet.

Depending on the configured interval, the following deadlines apply for drivers:

Daily: Drivers are prompted to enter their mileage every day and have until 11:59 PM to do so.

Weekly & Bi-weekly: The due date is always Monday. The submission window opens on Friday at 11:59 PM and closes on Monday at 11:59 PM. Drivers therefore have the entire weekend to enter their mileage.

Monthly & Bi-monthly: The query starts 2 days before the end of the month and runs until the first day of the new month at 11:59 PM.

In all cases, drivers have a total of 3 days to complete the request.
