Onboarding Guide – Fleet Management (Pro incl. Payment+)

Step-by-step instructions for setting up and using the Pro Payment+ license.

1. Activate Pro Payment+

A one-time onboarding with our payment partner secupay AG is required (legally mandated). All relevant information regarding this step can be found in detail in the onboarding email you received from us.


2. Dashboard Registration

After verification by LOCIO, you will receive two emails (password link + confirmation) — typically within two business days.


3. Enter Accounting Information

Complete the form in full and provide the correct email address for each company.


4. Define Billing Policies (optional)

In the Dashboard under "Policy Management": configure the billing deadline, receipt preferences, mileage queries, and export customizations.


5. Invite Drivers

Invite all company car drivers via "Invite Driver". Invitations expire after 4 weeks. Only confirmed invitations enable automatic reimbursement.

Important: Drivers must not accept the Dashboard invitation until after they have created their account. Otherwise, the invitation will not be correctly assigned.


Prerequisites for Automatic Reimbursement

  • Dashboard invitation confirmed by the company car driver

  • Valid electricity tariff stored in the app

  • Receipt submission deadline not exceeded

  • Registration including bank details fully completed

  • Payment overview settled by the company
