How do I add a licence in the dashboard?

Licences are created automatically when a LOCIO cable is first used and become visible in the dashboard once a driver account is linked.

Licences do not need to be entered manually – they are created automatically and become visible in the dashboard once the following steps have been completed:

  1. First use of the cable: The licence period begins with the first use of the LOCIO cable (LinkOne or LinkTwo). When the cable is registered in the LOCIO app, the licence is created automatically.

  2. Linking to the dashboard: Once a driver account is linked to the dashboard via the "Invite Driver" function, the corresponding licence is automatically added to the dashboard.

An overview of all licences – including duration and expiry date – can be found in the dashboard under the "Licences" section.

Note: If a licence does not appear in the dashboard, please check whether the driver in question has already accepted the dashboard invitation. Only confirmed invitations result in the licence becoming visible in the dashboard. If you have any further questions, please contact [email protected].
