Submitting a Receipt

Once a month has ended, you can navigate to that month in your list of charging sessions. Click "Create receipt" next to the relevant month to get started.

You will then have the opportunity to review which charging sessions are eligible for reimbursement before previewing and submitting your receipt.

Please note: In order to submit a receipt, you must have a validated electricity tariff saved in your account.

After submission, your receipt will be reviewed and approved within 48 hours. Once approved, it will be sent to the email addresses stored in your account.
