You can check the status of your billing at any time directly in the LOCIO app – under the Charging Sessions tab.


Meaning of the Individual Status Messages

Waiting for Submission Deadline: The submission deadline set by your company has not yet passed. Once it is reached, your receipt will be forwarded automatically.

Employer Reimbursement Pending: Your company has not yet transferred the payment to LOCIO. We can only initiate your reimbursement once the payment has been received on our end.

Waiting for Payout: LOCIO has received the amount from your company. Your invoice is currently being processed – the payout will follow shortly.

Reimbursed: The amount has been successfully transferred to your account.

Cancelled: An error was found in your receipt. The receipt has been cancelled and will be reviewed by us again. We will get back to you once we have processed the matter.
