Go to the "Profile" section in the app menu. Using the "Add new tariff" button, you can add a new electricity tariff and update the price you pay for your electricity. An outdated tariff cannot be updated — you must always create a new one.
Automatic contract renewal: If your electricity tariff has been automatically renewed, please also include a current invoice showing that the tariff is still active and displaying the gross unit price.
Dynamic electricity tariff (e.g. Tibber): If you use a variable tariff where the price per kWh fluctuates hourly, set your tariff type to "dynamic" in the app. In this case, a new tariff document will automatically be requested after the end of each month, as providers like Tibber only make the final monthly overview available at the beginning of the following month.
Your new electricity tariff will usually be reviewed within 2 business days. You can continue charging as normal during this time — you will only be able to submit a new receipt once the tariff has been successfully validated.
