What information needs to be provided during the registration process in the app?

The following information can be entered by company car drivers in the app to register and enable billing of home charging sessions with the company car:

  • First name (mandatory)

  • Last name (mandatory)

  • Street and house number (mandatory)

  • Postcode (mandatory)

  • City (mandatory)

  • Accounting email / receipt recipient (mandatory)

  • Company name (optional)

  • Personnel number (optional)

  • Cost centre (optional)

  • Licence plate number (optional)

Note on optional fields: Depending on the fleet management's company policy, some of the fields marked as optional above (e.g. personnel number, cost centre, or licence plate number) may be mandatory for your company. Please check the requirements set by your employer.

Additional mandatory field for Payment+: If your employer uses the automatic direct payout via LOCIO (Payment+), you must also store a valid IBAN in the app. This prompt will only appear after you have accepted your fleet management's dashboard invitation.

In addition, an electricity tariff must be stored and verified with a PDF document. The gross unit price (in € per kWh) and the start date of the tariff must be provided.
