To pass the cable on to another company car driver without your data remaining on the device, you can reset the cable before handing it over.
Open the Help menu
Select "Reset cable"
Confirm
You can now pass on the cable — your data has been removed from the device
Important: To be able to reset the cable, you must be actively connected to it. This will be indicated to you in the LOCIO app.
Navigate to the Help menu by using the tab in the bottom right of the app. Select the "Reset cable" button. You will then be prompted to confirm your decision.
After confirmation, the cable will be reset to factory settings and your charging data will be removed from the device. Your existing charging data will still be viewable in the app. You can now return the charging cable to your fleet management.
Tip: If you no longer have access to your cable, your fleet management also has the option to reset the cable externally via the dashboard using the "Force reset cable data" function.
